Jackie Chivers: Lead vocals, top stirrer (see home page for details)

Peter Williams: Keyboards/Double Bass/Accordian, genius, production king
Peter has been a musical director, arranger and composer for Channel 4 Wales and the BBC since 1980. He currently runs the South Wales based company Studio Tarifa. Peter has worked with a variety of artists including Bryn Terfel, Vanessa Mae, Peters and Lee, Bonnie Tyler and Max Boyce. He has also composed for the National Dance Company of Wales and for the National Eisteddfod.

Anne Williams: Backing vocals, fab tea maker, culture queen!
Anne Williams has been singing since the age of 2 ½ when, according to family folklore, she could sing the ‘Unchained Melody’ all the way through. Since then she has delighted and irritated friends and family by turns, having a song for every occasion which has lead to her being dubbed ‘the human juke-box’. She began singing seriously in the school choir and when she met her husband Peter began to take on professional engagements.
These have included singing backing vocals in a band supporting’ The Clash ‘, as vocalist with The Swansea Sound Show Band, as a cabaret singer at Harper’s Night Club and singing love songs from the 40’s in a recent event in the Dylan Thomas Festival, celebrating the poetry of W.H.Auden. Her love of song has lead to a performance at the Gower Folk club and to a large library of studio recordings where she has sung in Welsh and Spanish, songs crafted by Peter Williams. She is entering into this new venture with Jackie Chivers and Qatsina with excitement and enthusiasm.

Leanne Miller: Backing vocals, Keyboards, trouble maker, drama queen!
Lianne started singing in a children's choir at the age of 7. She later joined a male voice choir as accompanist and went on to become musical director. However, after many years of conducting the choir (with her back to the audience) she decided it
was time to turn around! She left the choir and joined 2 amateur dramatic societies. This only confirmed to Lianne that she needed to sing more than she needed to act and she joined Band of Gold where she continues to tour the pubs and clubs of England and Wales as keyboard player/vocalist.
She met Jackie through work and they became firm friends, sharing their
love of music and people and their desire to provide inspiration and upliftment to others in every moment of their lives. (Not much of an ambition, we know!!!!!)
